Frenship ISD is proud to celebrate Zian Doctolero, a 7th grader at Terra Vista Middle School, who won the 74th Annual Lubbock Regional Spelling Bee on March 7. Zian will now represent the region at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., this May.
This month’s Mental Health Minute focuses on Resilience. As part of the Frenship ISD Strategic Plan Initiative, the Mental Health Minute seeks to promote awareness of mental health and wellness across the district.
Last week, Legacy Elementary hosted its annual Family STEAM Night, where families explored hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, art, and math and participated in robotics demonstrations and creative collaborations with Texas Tech and local schools.

FRENSHIP ISD ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEARS TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY -4.227% PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $10.15
