Frenship ISD is excited to announce that long time Upland Heights Elementary Principal Denise Stewart has been selected as the new Frenship ISD Director of Curriculum and Instruction starting the 2025-2026 school year. As Stewart prepares to take on this new role, Lara Nelson, the Upland Heights Assistant Principal, will now lead the campus as the new principal.
Recently, several bands and choirs from each Frenship ISD middle school and Frenship High School traveled to Amarillo to participate in the Greater Southwest Music Festival hosted by the Amarillo Symphony.
On May 14, Frenship ISD hosted its second annual Career and Technical Education Signing Day. More than 40 Frenship High School seniors were celebrated as they signed their commitment to continue their education in industries such as health science, construction, automotive technology, agriculture, education, and more.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 11.44% PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $77.70.
