Hi Tigers! My name is Courtney Miller and I am the school counselor at Terra Vista! I grew up in Lubbock and have never left beautiful West Texas. I went to Texas Tech University for a degree in education and then Lubbock Christian University for a Master's in School Counseling. My husband is also from Lubbock and we are excited to be raising our daughter, Zoey, and son, Trey, here as well! I am thrilled to be continuing my journey here at Terra Vista for another year!

Once you have registered and received a DRAFT of your student's schedule and your student wishes to put in for a schedule change, please follow the link below to fill out a schedule change request form. Once the form is completed, please email to

****PLEASE NOTE**** Schedule changes will be attempted but not guaranteed. A schedule change made at or after registration will not be ready until the first day of school, August 16th, 2023.
Monthly Mental Health Messages and Counseling Newsletter!
One Monday a month, I will be discussing a mental health topic. My focus and purpose for each topic and message is to highlight a specific mental health topic, inform the students about it, discuss signs and symptoms, and most importantly, HOW to find help for themselves or someone they know that may be struggling.

Incoming 6th Graders and Parents/Guardians 2022-2023
We are so excited to have your students join us next year here at Terra Vista! We know that choosing classes and electives can be overwhelming and filling out a choice sheet can be a time full of questions and concerns! If you were unable to attend the Parent Meeting, below is a presentation of important information to consider as you fill a choice sheet out with your student. The presentation will go over required courses for all 6th graders, PE credits, Fine Arts credits, and elective options.
Once you have filled out your choice sheet, your student will then need to turn it in to their 5th grade homeroom teacher. Terra Vista will then visit the elementary campuses to help your student select courses!
We hope to make this time a smooth transition for you and your incoming 6th grader for the 2023-2024 school year and want to help in any way that we can. Please contact me via email or by phone if you have any questions about your student's choice sheet!
